Helping Organizations Lead With Purpose and Clarity
Strong organizations need more than good intentions. They need clear structures, capable leaders, and people practices that make it easier for teams to do their best work.
We partner with organizations to bring clarity to complexity, connecting people, roles, and priorities and creating the space for synergy. The result is engaged employees and increased productivity.
Organizational Clarity
When roles, priorities, and structures are unclear, teams lose momentum and good work becomes harder than it needs to be. We help organizations create practical clarity around how work gets done, who does it, and what success looks like, so people can move forward together with purpose.
People
Engaged employees are more likely to stay, contribute, and help an organization thrive through change. We help organizations strengthen the people practices that support retention, engagement, development, and a workplace where people want to do their best work.

Why engagement and retention matter
Retention is not only about pay or perks. It is shaped by whether people feel supported, useful, clear about their role, and able to contribute to meaningful work.
18.4% of Canadian employers expect retaining skilled employees to be an obstacle.
73.6% of Canadian employees said their manager supported them always or most of the time, meaning more than one in four did not experience that level of regular support.
Support from a manager is not about being overly nice or lowering expectations. It means employees have clear priorities, regular feedback, help removing barriers, recognition for good work, and meaningful opportunities to learn and grow.
In Canada, 73.6% of employees said they felt supported by their manager always or most of the time. That also means more than one in four employees did not consistently experience that support.
Gallup finds that managers account for 70% of the difference in team engagement. That is why culture is not created only through values on a wall or an annual survey, it’s experienced in the everyday relationship between people and their manager.
The cost of turnover is more than a vacancy
When a valued employee leaves, the cost is not limited to recruiting their replacement. It includes lost knowledge, disrupted relationships, time spent onboarding, pressure on the rest of the team, and lost momentum.
40% of salary – estimated replacement cost for a frontline employee.
80% of salary- estimated replacement cost for a technical or professional employee.
200% of salary- estimated replacement cost for a leader or manager.
Retention improves when organizations make it easier for managers to lead well and for employees to understand how their work matters.
Information comes from Gallup and Statistics Canada.
